GAT+ Drive Alert rules allow admins to set up Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules on your Google Workspace domain.
The Drive Alerts rules can be set up in GAT+.
Please review this document with additional steps on how they can be set up.
For the DLP Drive alerts on Shared out files we have predefined Regex patterns
Click on the + sign for Alert if regex matches a newly shared out file
Click on the “Select” button
This will open a submenu where you can select different pattern categories.
- PII (personally identifiable information)
Select any of the categories and the Regex examples we have under each of them.
Choose the category and click on the “Select” button.
When the Category is selected, you can click on the + sign and add another Regex example.
For the moment we have a dozen Regex examples, but if you would like us to add another Regex example you think is important, please let us know.
