Workspace Google Groups group together users so they can be more easily managed within the Workspace cloud environment. Sometimes there are so many Google Groups you begin by losing track of their settings or members.

Searching for a Google Group
To find details of a Google Group, you can apply a custom filter to search through the metadata that GAT+ has indexed.
Go to the GAT+ → Groups audit → Groups tab. Click on the Apply filters button.
In the definition of the filter area, here are the most common parameters you can use:
- Name – Name of the Google Group.
- Group Email – The email address of the Google Group
- Created – The date of when the Google Group was created
Advanced Search Parameters are:
- All settings a Google Group potentially uses.

Viewing All Google Group settings
To see all of the Google Settings of a Google Group, you can export the metadata directly to a CSV or a Google Spreadsheet.
Taking Action on a Google Group Settings
You can take many actions from the dropdown menu next to each Google Group entry.
Modify Google Group Settings
If you wish to modify a Google Group setting, you must click on the eye icon.
You will be presented with an option to View settings.
Clicking on the pen icon you can modify any settings applied to the Google Group.
