Using GAT+, a Google Workspace Admin can empty the bin of any user of the domain.
It can be done easily with a few steps.
In the Drive audit click on the File operation button and select Empty bin.
A pop-up box will be displayed. Select the users who’s bin you want to empty.
Select one or multiple users to clear all their “bin/trash” folders.
Note: This operation cannot be undone
Click on Request to procced.
A pop-up message will be displayed, click “OK” to confirm.
A message will be displayed: Emptying bins task requested! Check Admin Log for more info.
The files that are in the user Google Drive trash/bin will be permanently removed.
Those changes will be reflected in GAT+ after the next scan.
