In every audit section of GAT+ now you can save a filter for the info displayed.
The columns visibility can be changed for each and every section of the tool.
We show a default view for the data presented to you.
This can be changed and saved independently by each admin of the domain.
As an example, if you want to see only certain info you are interested in every time you use the tool.
You can apply filters and see this information only.
Click All and all fields will be ticked in.
Select Defaults only the default fields selected by us will be displayed.
When My defaults are selected two new options will be displayed.
Click on the checkmark on each of the columns you want to be displayed and click Save as defaults.
As an example, we want to see only groups, if its an admin, if it is deleted, the last login and last negative login.
Then select on Save as defaults and click on Apply.
When the filter is applied you will see only the selected fields
When you log out of the tool and log back in again. This filter will be always applied, it will be your default filter
This can be done for all other Audit sections of the tool.
As an example, Admin wants to see only certain columns when opening Drive audit.
Want to see as default – the contributors, last accessed, owner, sharing flag, tyle and viewers.
Click on the column visibility button select any of the check-marks you require
Click on Save as defaults. This will save the columns as you select them.
Now every time you log in to the tool and come to Drive – Files (saved panel), instead of seeing the Default view set by GAT+.
Those settings are saved individually for each of the Admins of your domain. The new saved column selection will be affecting the view only for the user who creates them.
This view will not be global for all Admins on your domain.
All – select All fields, Defaults – select predefined by GAT Defaults, Save as defaults selected fields will be saved as default, Load defaults will load the default fields.
